We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to our clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
• Ensure all materials, scripts, and data shared with us comply with applicable laws.
• Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect ongoing campaigns or support operations.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. Our agents are trained to handle client data with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of ConnectTrustLine and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent.

6. Payment & Billing

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. All fees are due as per the agreed billing schedule. ConnectTrustLine reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. Invoice disputes must be raised within 15 business days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

ConnectTrustLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in the preceding three (3) months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, all confidential client data will be securely returned or destroyed as mutually agreed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the agreed jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
